Regarding copyright law, all distribution of recordings bought from this site is prohibited, no matter the means used, except with prior permission from Accompagnamento.
All reproduction or copying and all distribution of the extracts is prohibited.

The use of accompaniments is limited to private and educational (primarily teaching) use. Any public broadcast playing must be strictly free to attend, which excludes therefore paying concerts.

Our clients are invited to listen to extracts available on the site (only contemporary music is not included for reasons of copyright), particularly to check tempo and tonality.
No refund can be given once a track has been purchased.
Certain adaptations can however be made on mp3, notably for cadenzas, according to the demand of the client. Adaptations of tracks bought on CD can only be realised in mp3 format, and sent to the client by email.

MP3s are downloadable directly after payment by PAYPAL, once the client has returned to the Accompagnamento site. In case of problems with downloaing, please contact Accompagnamento ( contact@accompagnamento.fr ), or phone 33 667 661 192. We will attempt to resolve all problems within 24 hours.

Orders by post are dispatched within 48 hours unless express delivery has been ordered on the welcome page of the site. Please add postal delivery times to this. For further information, please contact La Poste (in France).
